Sears mail order then it was those pants came from.
at least there is no patch beside a patch or heavens forbid a patch on a patch cause that's poverty Actually, that is quite possible. My Maternal Grandmother worked at Sears. She may have used her employee discount to buy me a Christmas gift of GOOD pants......to wear trapping rats!
I have nothing clever to put here.

Early 70's. I had a pair of pants like that for game days. We were required to wear our good clothes with a tie on days we had games(football or basketball). Mine were also bell bottoms.

I can't say I am overly impressed with the pants though. My Mother made them more than likely. "Store bought" clothes weren't really a thing for us back then. They were all Hand me Downs or made from scratch. I don't know, man...I had an eerily similar pair of pants from about that same era. and strangely enough, I was about the same age as you in the pic. (I was maybe a couple years older.) your Mom shop at K-Mart back in the day? [both of our moms should have been cited for child abuse] My mom bought our pants like that at a store called Twin Fair

so what year would that be [160] I also remember kids with pants like that early in the 70s , might even had a pair that mom made me , I always got new homemade clothes because I was taller than my older brother's I would guess that was 1975 or 1976 but that is just a guess. I believe it was taken on the "Little Field on the Creek" behind my Grandparents place but I am not sure.

Looking good Rob. Nice to see a kid with a muskrat in his hand rather than a computer toy.

That is probably a very recent picture of you. Nice muskrat.
I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!
