We have some nuisance beavers to trap this year. Spouse has never skinned one so it will be a learning experience for him and me.
We will keep an tan our but hoping the fleshing goes well.

Looks to be priming up nicely.
If you ship to the auction you will lose 1 size by leaving the nose on,unless you nail the nose and whiskers an inch and a half past the size line the rest of the pelt is boarded to..

46lb beaver today, glad we didn’t have two there, pretty nice of my partner to let me have an easy one. Cloudy and rainy today, but it was sure nice to be trapping beaver.
