I'll pick up a 5 gallon bucket of garlic-parmesan dip Hutchy and be right over. Love me some wings.

I only have one turkey fryer, and that's for the scald water, so someone's gonna have to bring a fryer base for the wings.
I'm out of oil too lol Daggum it I loaded my fryer base in my cargo trailer since I dye and wax traps while on the road trapping. Where's that lock key.....

thats a lot of work , great job, My chicken farmer buddy said he had about 50 left over after his chickens got picked up. Come and get em. 96 later lol If you were close you could come down and use my sculder and plucker. Would still take a big part of the day with 96.

Scalding helps most with wing and tail feathers and under the wings. . My drum plucked is nice but there are aways a few that end up with broken wings legs and tore up skin. The later in the day and more tired I get the more that happens. Those just get keep for us instead of sold to customer. Sounds blasphemous, but with so many free birds, I just lop the wings off. At least I did on the last ones. My buddys farm does 25,000 chickens at a time. All automated feeding, etc, and one floor so they all run around together. Antibiotic free, etc. 44 day turnaround. These ones are the rejects they don't want. He says sometimes they are a bit too small, sometimes a bit too big, and sometimes the guys just get lazy, cant catch some of them and say heck with it. I dont know a thing about farming.

I would bring my electric power plucker for the party but , they aren't going to let me through customs with the lack of guards on it well and no passport for me.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I'd have a hard time passing up " a free come and get them deal". I think you are doing the right thing even if it costs a days work to get the worked up and in the freezer. Now git off Trapperman and git to work Mister.
