Woke up to gout in both big toes about 4 am this morning. Got to flush it out today.

Hang in there the Dr has me taking one pill a day to keep me gout free , I have symptoms similar to gout that effect my hands and wrists at times when this happens the Dr wrote a second prescription that when i take it the flare 70's don't last very long .

When I had gout the go to quick fix was Prednisone. It still took 3 days minimum. Now as a preventative I take Alopurinol and Colchicine. They also prevent uric acid kidney stones. I feel for you. Gout is not fun.

My dad had gout and my brother gets it real bad. Fortunately I seemed to have escaped the family curse.

I used to get it on a regular basis ... now I take tart cherry extract and cod liver oil ... one capsule of each every day and have not had it in over a year now. Its worth a try for you as well I would think.
