The way I understand it, the reason they play teams like Kent State and other small schools , is to bring in more money for those schools programs through ticket sales.

I think, TCU will play Michigan and Georgia will play whoever #4 is.

USC will probably be the 4th team, unless they lose in their title game next week. If they lose in that one, it'll be a heated discussion in the committee room to place the 4th team.
