I’ll check them out. I have heard of tomahawk cages and am leaning that way just looking for someone to either confirm or change my mind

I could be wrong but I think Cumberland's retails Lil Wolf's traps.

The guys in Washington State have pretty much perfected what you are looking for.
I'd suggest you locate the Washington State Trappers Association trapping forum, and get some advice from them.

I believe the ones I have were made by "Cage Maker" and I love them. Extremely well built and the set of 3 that fits inside one another is a real space saver.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Yep I use Camtrips too and the older Yancy style cages. You can pick up a group of 3 from Mercer for $315. I think the guillotine style doors are the best, at least for the deep snow we get in the WA cascades. If you have freezing conditions I’d recommend putting vaseline on any moving parts of the cage. Good luck!

Same here. Bought them with bobcat in mind but they've turned out to be a great fisher trap.

If I catch a fisher during my bobcat season next month, that'd be kind of neat.

Fisher in cages are cool but they sure shine the inside of a cage up.

I have nothing clever to put here.
