Pot roast with celery carrots onions and potatoes..2 kinds..roasted and mashed. It was pretty good.
IF IDIOTS GREW ON TREES THIS PLACE WOULD BE AN ORCHARD !

I love pot roast. Yours looks delicious. We make it with venison alot but the other half likes it with beef better usually a fatty chuck roast .
