EdP trapper E Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 3,869 meadowview, Virginia	Did it have wheel well liners? I see what looks like mud flaps but wonder if the plastic liners help. They are on my 2007 and no rust so far but it's only spent its winters in Ky and Va.

trapdog1 trapper T Joined: Feb 2015 Posts: 10,615 Iowa	My 2013 Ram is getting rusty rocker panels, but the wheel wells are fine. I think it helps that when it is newer I washed it every week or two in the winter.

I carry seafood in it and drive it through salt water every noreaster to check the boats, and this truck has never been washed except to drive it through rain puddles , lol I have no idea why its as good as it is.

My truck gets sprayed with fluid film ...by ME. It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.
