I'm prepping for my 12/26 bobcat season. My bottle of bobcat urine is froze. I am able to get a little out of it if I bang it or use a stick.
I grabbed a bottle of new lure & noticed it's sort of froze to the point of not being able to pour it in the lid. I'll push a stick in it to get some out.
My fish oil is froze.
Is this normal & ok?
We are in a major deep freeze this week.
My beaver carcasses are froze, so I'll probaly hit 'em w/ an axe a little.

If u can store them inside at night even in an unheated building it might help the lure and fish oil. Salmon oil is better in the cold and I've had got success with it on cats.

I brought 'em in the house this morning & set 'em in the bathtub. They must have thawed b/c they sure smell now if I open the bathroom door

Your in luck ... Temps are going to be rising the remainder of the week.

Hopefully the bobcats will be moving & hopefully coon/skunk/possums avoid my cat traps. If I nab a fisher that would be just fine.

With the warmup, my attractants at each set will probably put out a nice, longer lasting aroma
