Was a double foot or both foot catch. Which ever you choose to call it. It doesn’t happen much. MJ 600 Sterling I seem to make a double foot catch atleast once a year with a step down and a MB550.
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Used MB 550 since 2009 ? Or so. Catching 300 plus a year. Only caught 1 or 2 buy both feet. But. I dont set many dirt holes. Did NOT bring a single MB 550 on this trip LOL!

I double footed four of them last year, all in wolf traps. My theory is that the pan tension was high enough on those traps that the coyotes weren't setting them off unless they got two feet on the pan. One of them was be one front and one hind foot. That was a first! And it didnt fight too hard. Lol. Can't recall ever double footing one in anything but a wolf trap. That has to be the rarest of coyote catches! Double fore/hind foot!
