Seen a show where they make guns and ammo in the tribal regions over in Pakistan from next to nothing then walk out in the streets to try them out. The one thing that stuck in my head was the guy reloading ammo, he would stand up a handful of brass in a bowl then toss gunpowder over the openings then put a bullet in the brass. Must a very low grade powder to not be measured in any way performance must be questionable.
