That's a good idea. Just put up a sign says special orders pricing subject to owners discretion. Then anyone you don't like or want to serve is just considered a special order. Don't need to say what makes it a special order other than they ask for something different. . Jack price up what every you want see what happens. They can buy or refuse take business elsewhere.
Can't say refusing someone service. Just price accordingly. Just have to make sure you never price anything special order the same for any two different customers.. Only grab and go standard carryout items fixed price.

The most important passage from the article:

"Both sides in this debate appear to intentionally provoke one another in order to get legal traction. Phillips is represented by one of two conservative legal advocacy firms behind most all the similar religious liberty claims filed in recent years. And Scardina said she planned her order carefully to send a statement."

I couldn't care less if the baker refuses gays, Christians, trappers, transvestites, Jews, Democrats, Republicans, whites, blacks, Mexicans, MAGA hat wearers, socialists or whoever.

The free market should handle such things. Does he make a good cake and sell it at a fair price? That is all that matters. Don't like his politics or religion, go somewhere else.

Otherwise, these manufactured social issues (manufactured by the tranny and the supposed Christian baker) only lead to more damage to our country as victims and attention seekers result--and people buy into it as being something that matters. It does not.

I guess you'd be right if you include Socialism/Communism as a religion,
They have the record at around, what, 100 Million or so lives in around 100 years?
I mean those leakers in the Crusades managed to kill around 3 million but it took them around 200 years to accomplish that.

True. It does not matter to me. I guess it matters to those Christians who look to be victimized and to the trannies--who obviously look to be victimized.

If I was a baker, I would sell as many cakes as I could--you know, the reason a baker goes into business.

Has a raped woman sinned? Yet she too, is called to forgive.

Bake the cake knowing God’s power will make good out of it.

Too bad for you. Would you sell out to the antis as well? Fortunately most of us have standards and values we treasure and we our beliefs are not for sale at any price.

I don't agree that both sides are intentionally provoking one another. I see Jack's attitude as he just wants to be left alone over the issue. On the other hand, Scardina admits to wanting to make a point, my way is the only way that matters. Typical left attitude. And the writer wants to embellish the article to keep it going.

Scardina say he is doing this just to make a point. Since this is the case, then this is about "speech", and forcing the baker to "speech" he is opposed to will work against Scardina I think.

By the way, a Supreme Court decision turning back the clock on the government concocted forced social engineering would be a good thing. I would be fine if they got rid of Title VII and subsequent garbage while they were at it.

My comments are on attention seekers, victims, puppeteer social groups and the like. And, the free market of course.

Have seen these signs on doors many times:

No shirt, no shoes, no service
We reserve the right to refuse service,

Is that all it takes?

You can have a dress code just no moral code except what the license on the wall and health inspector permits.

He never really won the SCOTUS case. They basically told Colorado they needed to br nicer about it. After rhe new law that passed a few months ago we'll see a lot more of this.
