Looks good to me. I've grilled supper in the summer and in sub zero wind chills LOL... sometimes you just gotta BBQ.

Just happy to be here.

This is actually my son's items. We put it in the smoker this morning ran some errands. Then changed oil in his truck. He works second shift had to go to work at 1:30. So I pulled this stuff out of smoker for him little bit ago.
That was my project for a 46 degree temperature today.

Monday - grilled brats and smoked sausage
Tuesday - grilled prime rib
Wednesday - grilled thick cut pork chops

Everyday is a good day to BBQ but 25mph winds and snow tomorrow I may make split pea soup in the house. lol

Wow jbyrd, I love jowl bacon. Don't make it myself but buy it at Walmart. Thanks for the idea. I'm gonna make some jowl bacon and beans this weekend

Our Walmart stopped carrying it !! Savalot (local grocery) is only place I can find it now. Lot people don't like crock pot beans but tell you my recipe. I put them on stove until they boil for about 30 minutes. Crockpot plugged in while washing the beans. It is hot after beans boil for awhile. On at 12 around 4;30 put them back on stove and let them thicken while the iron skillet corn bread is baking.
Beans , salt , jowl bacon, and spoon full of bacon grease is MMMMM good !!!
