I take a shot once a week for my type 2 diabetes. Back in January I got a bad report on my blood work up. My doc wanted to double the dosage but I requested a hold on that until I had a chance be more cooperative with my diet and the current medication I am on. I’m down about 18 lbs and lately have been experiencing some low blood sugar levels. I just checked after eating lunch and I’m at 46. What the heck is going on?

How many carbs did you have for lunch, how active were you, there are an infinite number of variables, carry some of those sugar pills with you until you get it figured out, good luck.

Hopefully, you see a doc that specializes in diabetes. My son in law was seeing a GP for his diabetes and his numbers were all over the chart until he saw a doc who specialized in diabetes. Now, his numbers are steady.

That was an hour or so after lunch. I had been out in the barn tending to chickens and blocking some furs when I got the shakes so I went to the house and checked it.

Type II is reversable. If your eating low carbs and /or working to burn it, you may have cured yourself.

One of my brothers went all in, diet wise.
Eats miserable stuff, avoids stuff that is enjoyable, lost 50#, looks like a sickly scarecrow.
But his sugar is good!

if you fatter than you can be you need to address that....that is the #1 thing which will help you in the long run. Get the body fat % down and increase fitness = improved quality of life..
