Do they? When was the last time a prominent Democrat or liberal talking head openly denounce Wilson or the KKK? The actual KKK not the people they accused of being in the KKK. Every other building in West Virginia seemingly is named after a prominent KkK member.

I have watched the first half.
I will watch the second half later.
So far it just seems like a corny old movie with a bunch of white people in blackface, and some not.
The historical perspective so far(Like the assasination of Lincoln by Booth) is touched on but a bit fluffy.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

If slaves/former slaves in the south acted like BLM today they would of been shot, lynched or beaten so badly that they'd wish they'd been shot.

The black face of then rivals the white face of now.

Money is only valuable because we say it is. The past is the past. And things are only important because someone or some group think they are

What I want to know is….who went for the doctor for the birth?

I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!
