I imagine that would be good with some crusty lightly toasted SD bread too?  Yup...we’re getting into that season....just pulled out my staahtah yesterday ( from the fridge ) ...and it had a good amount of hootch on top. So I stirred it down...fed it...and back in the fridge. The natives are getting restless for some fresh sourdough

Then toss a few chovies on top...enjoy ! Look up how to make " Aglio e Olio " with anchovies .I make it all the time. Thank me later P:S: Aglio e Olio means Garlic And Oil.Make this properly and you wont make that bobby butter water again.
