I'm jealous, been looking for a table similar to that for several years. Only it has to be reversed to yours and the sink needs to be on the short end. Anything close is very $$$ or too far away!

Every time I inspect a restaurant kitchen with the big stainless steel sinks and huge countertops with the water coming thru a suspended hose from above (like a car wash) I day dream about tricking out a shop for butchering. They usually have a walk in cooler and a freezer and I think that processing in a set up like that would be the best thing ever.

After fur season, clean it up good, and process a bunch of fish on it this summer. Nice!

Oh yeah, that set up and hot water for clean up would take the messiest jobs and make them a slam dunk. Good for you TD.
