2 young coons(quartered)
2 tbs season salt(or to taste)
3 tbs pepper (or to taste)
1 large tinfoil pan
1 large pot of water
1-2 bottles of favorite BBQ sauce

preheate oven to 400 degrees place quartered coons in large pot of water, add seasonings, and bring water to boil, boil coon until meat sluffs away from bone. then move coon over to tinfoil pan, then apply liberal amounts of BBQ sauce over coon, then cover pan with tinfoil. bake for 2 more hours.

remove the coon and serve as is or remove bones, chop, and serve on bread as sandwiches
