My great aunt Joanne owned a large quarry lake near Piqua, Ohio, that scuba divers dived in, like the lake you went to the beach at. It was a weird lake to fish at. You could see down over 80'. It took a long time to get my bait down to fish I could clearly see. The fish could see so well they were very skittish.
The quarry workers hit a spring when they were blasting. All their equipment, including loaders, rail cars, bulldozers and railroad tracks plus several buildings were left in the lake.
