Keith I was a stocker boy when it was shipped cold and worth a fortune past The mid west. I worked for a moving company for my 3 years after graduation They transported to lot of Coors to Florida a to pay the “ unloaded “…… Paper logs,,,,,, them were the days………

What does a box or bottle cost in your county? Milwaukee's Best - Good Lord that stuff is terrible. The only beer I know of that the 12th one tastes just as bad as the first.

Grain Belt Premium was a staple when I was in college. $9.99 a case.
I have nothing clever to put here.

I sure do miss 4.99 boxes of bud and 1.25 smokes.. 1975. Went back to school on the GI bill in La Crosse . Lived with five other guys in a house near campus for $180 a month. Split six ways. $30 a month plus 1/6 utilities. We kept a case of Kingsbury beer returnables in the fridge. Had a jar in there. The case cost a $1.89 plus tax. Anybody who wanted a beer put a dime in the jar. I bartended at the Varsity Club several nights a week. Monday night was Tap Night. A buck to get in the door. Drink beer for free after that. About ten o'clock or so I'd get the nod to switch all the lines from different brands to one: Old Style. Plastic cups only. We used brooms and snow shovels to clean the slop out at evening's end. Those were the days, my friend, we thought they'd never end . . .

if cheap but good are the goal Hamm's is the beer refreshing 16 a 30 rack
if I wasn't paying for the fewer carbs of Miller Lite I would be drinking the Hamm's
Miller Lite is 21 a 30 rack
but I get 3 lite for every 1 can of regular so Lite I drink.

Why support them? Budweiser employs over 65,000 people in the United States. Only transsexuals drink bud !.

So Coors Beer was not available around here... Back then.
We were working ón a guys 1967 .427 tri power Corvette
While he was on a business trip to Denver...and when he picked
Up his Caah...he handed us a case of Coors !!!

You have to be old enough to understand what I am talking about I have to ask was Old Style a thing outside of WI may grandpa and all my uncles drank it , there was always a case on the back porch until it was too cold and would freeze then the basement fridge. my dad drank Miller unless you handed him something else used to be every where you went someone offered you a beer , now it is some places. trick or treat as kids about ever 3 blocks we were invited in for a beer and baked goods seems every old bar in WI had a Old Style sign out front back then.

You have to be old enough to understand what I am talking about I remember that. Had my first Coors around the same time. It was worth it's weight in gold then on the east coast. It had to be 'bootlegged' here. If I remember they had those cool push button type openings too.

You have to be old enough to understand what I am talking about Years ago, when I first started hunting elk in CO, I had orders from some of my friends in MN to bring back Coors beer. That was before there was before there was a Coors Light. We sometimes brought back as many as 15 cases since it wasn't sold yet in MN.
A man is suing Smart Water for it not making him smart. I'm seriously thinking of suing Thin Mints.

My father in law owned a bar/grocery store in a town of 300 people. I bartended from 91-95 until he sold it. Milwaukee Best and Pabst drafts were 50 cents.
Drove by there tonight and the Pabst sign is still out front
