The incredibly important fact, Dirt failed to mention, is that the US exported more than 10 million of those 12.9 million barrels of crude oil, every day, because the democrats won't allow American companies to build refineries here to refine it. We had to import more than 8.5 million barrels a day of oil, we are allowed to refine.
