that is a great idea , Big Ol pork chop , with a side of shrim Grits and bacon and a little slaw for some roughage to keep the system moving and we can tell out mothers we are eating a balanced meal.

Last bowl of cereal I had was probly 60 years ago.

I used to love it when I was a kid. Then tried some in a restaurant and found out that mom loaded a huge pile of sugar in mine. Not a fan of the stuff, but eatable.

I like many vegetables and love most fruit. I eat mostly meat, dairy, fruit and to many sweets.

Actually my favorite breakfast is dinner.

I love buckwheat pancakes. Covered in real dark maple syrup. Don't think I've ever had anything else made with buckwheat.
