LOL but you do time that well to enjoy ! I've done that too. Those in company who like almost burned bacon -I just leave in the skillet or oven longer and pull mine well before then.

Sugar and Butter ...have to have sugar and butter in every bite.

Sometimes I make a blue butter and Sugar "lake" with food coloring

Awesome guys! I boiled some jammy eggs in advance tonight . Just sit them in hot water tmrw to warm them up! Oh my gosh I have English muffins at work!

Breakfast will ALWAYS consist of ham, bacon or sausage. Occasionally, all 3. Eggs and meat is breakfast and nothing else will suffice.

As kids we had a lot of Wheatena, that was pretty bad, another soggy breakfast was stale white bread shredded in a bowl of milk, not even toasted...or hot, lol
nowadays it's mostly eggs unless I Leave early, then it's a hunk of sweet butter in my coffee... down 10 # so far from 204

We got these only once when I was a kid. It was a big deal, cause of course we didn’t have much money.

Coco wheats, closest I ever came to having food make me puke. Just the thought makes me gag a bit.

Breakfast is eggs covered with cheese, sourdough and coffee. Add bacon or sausage on the weekends.

Some Sunday's I'll make cornbread with sausage links and sliced peaches baked in.

I haven't had Cream of Wheat since I was a kid. I forwarded that pic to my wife for the grocery list.

I mostly eat low carb but will eat oatmeal when I am hunting and trapping in the fall/winter. Good way to start the day.

Hot Cereal ok as long as fruit in it and no sugar.

Porridge is good in winter.Great to start a days work outside at 30 below,
I like porridge with a spoon of brown sugar and a splash of milk.
At trapping camp where time is a valuable commodity a common breakfast in the north is a cup of tea blos then out the door to work the lines.

I like oatmeal with some honey on top and wheat bran for fiber on top of that.

Thats my kinda cereal Nessy!
