Sadly, I'm seeing that all across the south. Chain BBQ and promotion of places that don't even have a pit in the joint. Got a local franchise of an Alabama joint that is promoted as good bama Q, you can't even smell hickory when you drive by and if you ask for BBQ sandwich they ask what kind, fcol.
