Without getting into the specifics of dispatch.... They are preferred by a few big number coon trappers here that save their skulls. This one specifically was mentioned. Clearly they work or they would not be an option for these guys. So since they are not classified as firearms, I'd think they would be legal for your unusual situation in Wi.

I got it covered.

But I was told that we might be able to discharge a firearm in the ROW . It was changed I was told because when we had a wolf season no one could shoot a wolf that was trapped in the ROW. I will have to check that out.

why are you setting a non lethal trap in the ROW if you cant use a firearm
