My sister just recently moved into this rental house. It needed work and the landlord who has known our family for years said to just fix what needs fixed and she would pay for it. Well my sister gets the "wall paper", which was pretty much hot glued on the wall off and my brother starts on fixing drywall. And so far he has found walls with the sheet rock installed backwards.

Just another example of just because you can doesnt mean you should.
I told him whoever did that should donate their tools and never pick up another one.

I thought the mud was for fixing stuff like that.

But if the fire is coming from the exterior of the house then it is installed correctly.

You may be on to something there, could save a lot of lives and houses in areas prone to wild fires.😀
