I've been pickin dozens of clusters of golden oysters mushrooms recently. Can they be dehydrated like Morals?

Yes, you can dehydrate oyster mushrooms. Cut off any any bad spots that are old, slimy, dirty or buggy. Brush off any loose dirt off. Don't wash them with water. Cut the rest into 1/4 pieces and dehydrate them. Flip the pieces in a few hours. Check them every couple of hours. When they are ready, they will be dry and brittle.
