I bought a great grinder several years ago from Grinderguy.com
He gave free shipping from Oregon. He had to ship it free from Oregon to the outer banks of NC. Check the web to see if he is still around. Very happy with the grinder. It is stainless with a 1hp motor. Brother, it will grind.
This year we ground 220 lbs of venison and beef fat, two passes through the grinder. Took about 3 hours. We vacuum pack ours with a commercial machine. Money well spent and it will last a lifetime.
Cleanup takes almost and hour with detergent and boiling water.

just buy the wife a kitchen aid mixer as a gift.and then get the grinder attachment for it, then both are happy with a new toy. it's what i did! your grinder will have 10 speeds, can stuff saugage just like the big boys'. the best thing is she will keep it clean in the house. you won't have to add it to the things in the shop collecting dust.
Don’t just stand up for your rights! Stand up for your neighbor also.
