That is cool. How come when I type in "Sexual Dynamo" there isn't a link to my profile??

Where did it take Tracy? To my profile?

A little off topic but as far as using meat type bait, I have used tame rabbit as bait and wild rabbit as bait and the wild rabbit out performed hands down. Bobcat being the target animal for this type set. Go figure!

To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did!

For whatever reason bobcat meat based bait has never worked for me here. Beaver meat did ok, ground hog chunked up is by far the best ive used, leave the hide on.

Old deer meat from the freezer is what I used for many years and still do if im using a bait, mixed of course with pauls bait solution and a few other items from time to time.

Buzz if your reading this, GREY FOX GO NUTS OVER IT! Be sure to use ground meat though so the little bait stealer's can't ever get it all out of your dirt hole, just hope you catch him cause if you don't you'll have 2 foot of dirt over your trap to dig out the next day, lol.

Venison is my favorite bait for canids. I use fresh venison, scraps, trimmings, and road kills. I don't use venison out of the freezer. It is a legal bait in my state.
Beaver, is my favorite bait for bobcats, again legal in my state.

I use other baits as occasional change-ups.

adios,

Can't believe a TN guy would let his Venison get freezer burn. And ifin ya would have said something about needing bait at the last meet instead of trying to get some traps for free, I might have gave ya some Varmint Master for free. But you was so tied up trying to wheel and deal on traps it never happened. By the way I got some pictures of that arguing that went on about who was cheatin who?
Now look at ya, Ya let your venison get freezer burn and now ya gotta spend some money getting yourself some bait solution.

Hey Slim, ya gotta keep your eye on this sneak he'll be putting up a post for bait solution recipes. :o)

Hey M Sturgill for whatever reason I can't send ya a PM so I'll ask on here. When is the next meet, I think someone said it's in Morristown but I don't remember when. Thanks!
Stan

It will work just fine. The debate will always be fresh vs. aged.
