Two quarts of wild blueberries
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar OR 1/2 cup honey
4 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 4 tablesspoons COLD water
(make sure you mix cornstarch thouroughy with water till no lumps before adding to recipe)
Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add berries. Bring toa boil again. Cook approximately 3 minutes. Combine cornstarch and cold water. Stir into berry mixture and cook untill clear. Use as pudding or pie filling. One can serve with icecream or whipping cream... Enjoy
