Looks terrific Law. In tight washes like that I also like any cut banks facing south halfway or better up the sides.

It's funny how the cats hang here in these draws and seldom go a mile to the East like there is a line drawn they won't cross. I went in as far as I could go West and tied down a road-killed deer with a snare I just hope the yotes don't make it vanish in the next few days.

Would it work to hang it where the yotes can't reach it but Bob will find it ? Put a couple cubbies or walk-throughs close by for the cats ??

Dem dam kiyutes are in da coolys and over dare by da cheap fence. Dats where I see em most.

That was the advice I had to figure out when in ND one year. Finally figured out cheap was sheep, kiyutes is coyotes, wolfer is a coyote trapper, cooly is a break , is a saddle, is a cut in a hill.😀

If I was worried about coyotes, I'd trap or snare them too .

2 feeder draws that feed into the main draw that is only about 10 yards wide there. Looked like cat tracks going up the second finger draw so I put in 3 blind sets in the narrow spots. Put the game came on the carcass was thinking that might slow the yotes down a bit maybe. Like White said plan B is to lash it to the side of a tree to slow the yotes down might work too.

Once I get some fresh yote/cat tracks I will start hanging snares then.
