I've never caught a bobcat or a grey let alone put them up.

But if you can put them up and have them look that good I'd say you did a great job!!

Make sure that your front legs on those cats are dried or drying well with enough air flow. Particularly if they aren't cut open to dry well. You might want to roll up some news paper and slide it down inside the legs to help with the drying process or dust them with some borax to keep them from slipping.

Thanks yall yes they were both dried fur in first and also used borax in armpits tail paws on the one I left on should I split the legs or pack them? Right now there drying horizontal so the legs are hanging open

I cut the cartlige close to the hide,its all ready drie it did well, I don't no eat the cat is worth surely 3500 is a joke right? The backs are just brown.rabbit back I guess. Realistically what is he worth?

Going to say, buy or make proper stretchers. All though the grey looks good, the stripe down its back shows it wasn't square/straight when turned fur out. Cats are pretty good other than the stretcher fit and shape. a well handled cat should be uniform. Here is a pic of mine.. Matt Jones will tell you what his fur did price wise, when he started paying attention to detail. Notice front legs up and uniform dried and stay in place. Back legs pulled together neat straight edges. Only exception is if you plan on tanning, no sense turning to fur out.
