Contact them and they will probably fix the problem for you. Menards seems to want and work harder to keep your business more than Lowes, Home Depot, or 84 Lumber does. Keith

Eleven percent rebate back then they sent out post cards do you think an eight hundred plus dollar rebate card made it to my mailbox?.. Nope went to store and asked about it guess what it was used fifty miles away at another store. No id check on who used it no way to verify anything. Needless to say all my business goes to Lowes now. I did notice they now at least put the rebates in envelope as the wife will go there acassionally. But yeah that was four years ago totally stupid to send a post card with eight hundred dollar rebate on it for all postal employees to see where we live that's the only way it never showed up!
