I use the Original flavor spices from Nesco/American Harvest and it's great. Also use a Jerky Shooter from Nesco/American Harvest. Dehydrate for 2 hrs on each side. Good stuff.

Crocket creek marinade. Crocketcreek.com. It's like Paul's bait solution, you can mess around for years or just get the proven pro stuff, add meat and get on with it.
Not as bad as I could be, not as good as I should be.

MSG is a somewhat controversial item that has been accused of causing negative effects on a body. "Ask your doctor if MSG may be right for you!!!"

Recipe for 4# 1 tbsp season salt 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp crushed red pepper 2 tbsp molasses 4 tbsp soy sauce. I use ground meat and a jerky shooter for this recipe and may doctor it up a little more depending on who is going to eat it.

Look up Doc's jerky on google. One of the better ones I've tried
Been here since 2008, but had to register again because of the 2010 crash!
