Passing a little time till my deck hand to gets here.
Marine forcast say's the wind is out of the west 15-25kt. Here, fish'n inshore thats a good wind. The seas have no time to build. Cold tho,so I dont think the fish showed yet. Bad year to be commercail fish'n. OH well GOD is in charge. He knows whats best for me.

Nets tour up again. We had 50kt gusts Sunday. Nothing but the norm this year.
Manhaden catch is on the increse. Blue fish cant be far behind.The blue fish we cant be keep.Need a fed license.I dont have one. Its not the cost of the license,its the paper work.
For those who dont know. Blue fish will eat their way out of a fyke net. Of course they dont make JUST ONE HOLE

For those who dont know. Blue fish will eat their way out of a fyke net. Of course they dont make JUST ONE HOLE The way the blues have been flooding the bays in the spring the last couple years you might want to get one, Our first catch usually clears over a buck to the boat, and most times they don't leave the mouth of the inlet and slide back up the bay with flood tide.
