Well I got my new piece of yard art up and done. Kinda of a one of a kind in the world flag pole. If I could find the right person I think I could fetch me up a bunch of green stuff. But I like it. Time to start another project or two.

Just my opinion! As strongly as I feel about the NRA and our right to own firearms, I would never display something like this. It is too much like flaunting.

Hey all thanks for the comments. I do want to address the comment dealing with the "flaunting issue". First off I can respect that comment as it is one's right to state what they feel. However, I want to state that when I made this piece "flaunting" someone was never the goal in my mind. I am proud to be a member of the NRA. I do not, now or in the future, ever plan on backing down or hiding my belief that the 2nd amendment is very important "rule" concerning the keeping of the freedoms that our fore fathers knew would be threatened or taken away someday if we cannot defend freedom when push comes to shove. I believe the NRA and what we represent should not be put in the back corner, hidden because what they stand for could offend someone. One could use the actions of a few as a parallel situation concerning the playing of our national anthem, or flying of our flag. Both time honored symbols of what it took to gain freedom. Should we quit flying the flag or playing of the national anthem just so we don't offend a few. Flaunting? As much as it is someone's right to say that's offensive, I have a right to say I am proud of it and have a right to show my pride. Again thanks for ALL the comments!!!

No offense CatMan. I would never place one of those things in my yard but I respect your right to do so.

I understand the "flaunting" thing but I'm afraid if we don't start flaunting it we can kiss are freedoms good bye. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. How do you think the minority involved with gay movement has gained so much ground?

I certainly think its time to declare ALL firearm law in the U.S. unconstitutional.

I added a flag picture... works out pretty good to use as a flag pole when needed.
