Downloading pic

Hi
Is there another way to download pictures..I'm having trouble downloading mine...I followed the directions...and it come back there is a problem...either too big or not jpg...I don't know how to down size them either...please I need your help on this...

Post them on facebook then copy the posted pic and try that~ You can always delete the FB post if you choose!

Reduce the size of the picture before trying to post them here. Pretty straightforward from your phone. I explained how to do it from a Samsung Droid type phone last week on this site.
