Can't get free till tomorrow to get up north(Mille Lacs area) but this warm up should get it started don't you think. Only sugared for a couple season so far.

Only got 1 tree in my yard tapped right now did it Sunday. It ran some yesterday a little, usually once it gets going it will run two buckets full in a day. My trees 60 miles north usually end up running a week or so after this yard tree starts??? I did see others had trees tapped when I took a drive and looked at my other trees Tuesday.

Tapped 3 tress last Sunday to test checked today and only had an inch or so in containers. Tapped a dozen more this morning and about half were really starting to flow think things should be moving over the weekend and into next week. I only gather 40 or so gallons to get a gallon of finished. Enough for the family. Good sugaring everyone! One thing to do in the woods and the weather needs to be nice to get it going(unlike most other openers I do, tolerable weather or NOT!)
