Does NAFA give out top lot if you're Lot was bought back but then sold Private treaty for the same price as initial top lot? I had a southwestern cat bought back but then sold for $130

No it has to be hammered sold during the auction is what I've been told

I guess you and I will find out when they send out top lot certificates. The same happened with my cat.

There was a $170 south western.
