So I ask....who is responsible for the wildlife? The state sets up the reg.s for the hunters, trappers and fishermen....hmmm

Sue the state for not managing them correctly.

the state pays damages for killed or injured live stock so the state set a precedent

The State put all kinds of laws ect. on the hunting, trapping of wildlife but if you hit a deer with a car, the deer is not there's! They are not held responsible.
