Re: Historic day - 05/15/18 02:25 AM

The news refers to the Palestinians attacking the Israeli Security forces with fire bombs and rocks as protestors. I think once you turn violent and try to kill people you are no longer just a protestor, you're an un-uniformed enemy combatant. Israel is once again showing remarkable restraint. I think Israel should have killed 1800 enemy combatants today. Many Palestinians will continue to try to kill Israelis, no matter how well Israel treats them.

Now over 50 dead. Hamas is calling for more violence and they are trying to get into a kibbutz.

I would hate to throw rocks (future pitchers for Cubs @ best) @ .223 or bigger rounds coming at me! Folks that do not reason, or think. - Maybe not able too.

Re: Historic day - 05/15/18 04:23 PM

There are plenty of Palestinians that work every day in Israel and are perfectly happy. Most of the protestors are among those who want to wipe the Jews off the face of the earth and don't work. Unless you count being involved with Hezbollah or ISIS a job. They are taught to hate Jews almost from birth.

Re: Historic day - 05/17/18 05:30 PM

A friend of mine's mother, who likes to repost liberal lies on Facebook, reposted some anti-Israel, anti-semitic, pro-Palestinian crap yesterday, so I unfreinded her. I have known her son for close to 30 years. She did not used to be so wacky. She needs a job again to occupy her time or grandkids. She's a smart woman, but still reposts obvious fallacies. Liberals are in a frenzy of hate right now.

Hamas gets these Palestinians agitated to where they use whatever they can get their hands on to kill the Israelis across the border. Then, Hamas sits back and laughs at their stupidity. Fire bombs and rocks against automatic weapons, really??? Hamas is willing to kill their own people to make the Israelis look like the bad guys.

I lived in downtown Jerusalem. Within 5 minute walk I had tons of great coffee, food and the old city. Every sabbath I would go to tel Aviv.

Maybe this was a thread you should of possessed the restraint to pass up instead of posting something that offers nothing. Just food for thought lol, smiley face. There are a lot of threads I pass on because I know I can't be either positive or negative to what the OP posted.

It was a simple question, as the OP mentioned living in Jerusalem. I apologize to any lilly liverds that may take offense.

Yes you can if you buy it and cook it.
I only bought bacon twice there because it was crazy expensive. I think $15 per 1/4 pound.
There was one burger joint that served bacon cheese burger but at $10 a burger I only ate there once or twice.

I wasn't offended and thought it was a good question. Honestly at first I was hard to find bacon or any pork there when I finally did it was in the Russian markets. All pork was very expensive.

With so much good beef, chicken and lamb everywhere it didn't matter
