Invoices for mole work

Can any of you Mole trappers out there help me out with a template for the invoices you use to bill customers....any samples or key features that you think should be included? i know what info is needed on the invoice but am struggling on designing it. any help would be appreciated. thanks

You can just select invoice in word and they have one you can just customize a little, pm me your email and I can email it to you, or maybe you mean more specific stuff like Labor, equipment, materials, ect?
