We just got 30 acres of raw land that needs a bridge to access and it was 300k,,, cheap for WA. It has timber but if we log it must sit for 6 years

Link shows 2017 taxes at $2482. I think that's cheap for 6 acres. That's almost what we pay for our house which is under 1/4 acre lot

and about $500 more than we pay for 44 acres, two barns, and a 3000 sq ft house.
