New to trapping

I was born and raised in Alaska but never got into trapping. I'm now looking to head back north to start trapping and my first question is how do you go about establishing a trapline in ak?

This is my 3rd year here and still havnt nailed anything down. Not easy, i keep bumping elbows in my neighborhood.

Im also on foot, which is holding me back quite a bit.

What area are you planning to move to?

Were you not warned about trapping on the road system?

I got the memo. But without a snow machine im limited to hoofing it. I cant explain my bumping elbows comment without giving up my locations.
