A hundred points scored and lots of action both ways. Action covers up a lot of deficiencies, but makes for good entertainment for fans and helps ratings. I guess high scoring with poor playing stills sells a lot better than low scoring with poor playing.
I do not have an axe to grind either way but IMO, that was a very poorly officiated game. A lot of what was called was bogus and a lot more was missed. Two plays come to mind that did not need slo-mo to see that the zebras blew them.....one was the tipped pass that took a challenge to get the pass interference penalty over ruled. The other was the incomplete pass that the zebras ruled a fumble recovered for a TD that got overturned. And I lost count of all the holding that was not called.
