I know the power of prayer and the effectiveness of the prayers of Trapperman members.
I am scheduled for a total left knee replacement tomorrow.

Ron I'm sure you will be back to kicking at hogs before you know it ha ha ! That's basically one of my favorite lines from Return to Lonesome Dove . I pray that your surgical team gets you back up better than ever, I'd leave them a note on your good knee saying not this one ha ha !

Allan, That would not matter much except they have parts for the left one. The right one is scheduled for March 25th

Wife just had hers done and is taking it like a champ so far, it's a assembly line kind of thing today you should be fine!

Thank you for your prayers. The surgery went well I came home today for recovery. A lot of pain. This was something new a knee just made for me in Switzerland from cat -scan. Instead of one off the shelf that was a best fit.

Should be walking like a well made Swiss watch before you know it. Don't get hooked on pain meds. I know they like to prescribe some powerful stuff for that kind of surgery. You don't have to take it, definitely not as often as the bottle says. I had a Marine tell me one time, "Pain is a sensation. Sensations are to be enjoyed." He got burned right crispy in Nam pulling fellow Marines out of a burning LVT-5 until all seven were out. Received a Silver Star for it.
