At the bottom, at quick reply, you’ll see use full editor.
Click full editor at the bottom next to preview reply, then picture uploader appears on the left in post options.
Click that and then select file to attach and upload your picture.

Click photo with up arrow select the file where your photos are stored select said photo click add for from your PC. If the photo is bigger than 2mb the photo will not upload and you'll need to resize said photo(s) then upload. You can take a screen shot of the photo my note 8 I have to press volume down and the power button at the same time. Typically those are the photos I upload. Once all the photo(s) you want to upload select All done.

It’s impossible on an iPhone. I’ve quit trying.

First you have to hit reply
Then put text in reply box
Then hit Use Full Editor
Then scroll down and hit the paper clip
beside Picture Uploader
A box will appear then hit
Select a File To Attach
Then hit Photo Library
These will be the pictures on your phone
Just tap what picture you want and wait for it
To upload
Then hit done
Then post reply

I have Samsung Galaxy 7. Any picture I take is too big to download here, but if I post the picture to FB, then I can save the photo from FB, and that will download here. Don't know why it works, but it does.

It's really not that hard from an iPhone. I have an older 6SE and upload pics to Tman with no trouble.

You can probably save yourself from uploading it to FB by just taking a screenshot of the photo. Screenshots are usually low res enough to upload.
