Made rhubarb-strawberry crisp tonight

Haven't made any for a while, cooling now , can't wait!
Made two batches, one has black raspberries sprinkled in

Definitely sounds good. As does Gooseberry Cobbler with the weather to get them.

No pictures and it didn't happen.

What is the recipe?
Every time I try to make apple crisp, it comes out apple soggy. I would like to have a good formula for making the concoction come out crispy.

But any crisp or cobbler is good eating in my book

Yup, vanilla bean is our favorite, I just looked on line for recipe, I like one with plenty of oatmeal on top

The rhubarb I grow, black raspberries too, the strawberries came from a Berry farm, I went to two different farms n bought 110$ worth, I got too many at one farm, and wanted to try the other farm, which was cheaper

My wife makes Strawberry Rhubarb cobbler and its killer. It was her Grandmothers recipe.

I suppose you could use artificial sweeteners? About half cup white, half to three fourths cup of brown sugar

You could use 3/4 of sugar the recipe calls for. Our family uses sucanat. Sucanat is dried sugar cane that's not refined like regular sugar. You could probably still get diabetes if you eat huge amounts.
