I have one too but have never used one on the line.If you have access to youtube there's a guy from the Northwest Territories whose program is called "Wild North"who swears by his.He dispatches all his Lynx,Wolverines,wolves,and hunts beaver in the spring with his.

carried one for a bit but didn't like the performance.just my opinion.
