Made "forgetaboutit" roast for the wife tonight,with mashed potatos.First time making it,best roast we've ever had.

Pork tenderloin on a cedar plank with Patrice's home made mustard glaze and green beans with sautéed bacon and onions. Mighty fine stuff.
Trapper Dahlgren, that is some fine looking chili, sure is the weather for it, and you are right, nobody starvin' here.

Just made a pot of chicken sausage gumbo. Wont be the same without rice tho but sure smells good simmering in the kitchen.

I'm jealous of the moose tbone for sure.
Last night was a potato, bacon and onion omelette washed down with Spanish red wine followed by Canadian whiskey and electric guitars until well after midnight with a good buddy.

The wife's been in WashingtonD.C. at conferences for work and she's due home this afternoon so I'm making her cheesy chicken in the crockpot,I'll try and get the wife to post pictures of it since I don't know how.Got the whole house smelling good!
